you do a free mockup for me?
In order to concentrate on our current clients and keep our
rates reasonable, we cannot offer free mockups prior to a
client accepting our services. If you feel you really need
a mock-up, we can do concept sketches for a small fee. Once
you have contracted our services, we will gladly create as
mock-ups or concept sketches at no additional charge in order
to ultimately create a design that satisfies you.
How
do I know you can do my project if you won't do a free mockup?
Our portfolio gives a good
variety of samples of we've done for clients in the past.
We do offer concept sketches for a small fee for those who
desire them. In addition, we do guarantee all our work. We
won't accept projects that we are not absolutely convinced
we can complete. We're not happy with your project until you
are.
Do I really need
to fill out this checklist to get my project done?
We created our checklists to make it as easy as possible for
you to give us the basic information needed to make your project
a success The more information we have about your project
and your preferences, the quicker and easier it is for us
to create a design that you'll be happy with. We've also made
returning it to us as easy as possible by accepting it by
email, fax, or postal mail. If you prefer, we will go over
it with you by phone.
How do you deliver
my logo or other graphic design?
Logos and other designs are delivered electronically by Email
or password protected download for instant access. CD-ROM
delivery included with some design packages, and is available
at a small additional charge for all other projects.
Can we talk on the
phone about my project?
Absolutely. When you hire Robyn A Harton
Creative for a project, we'll send you a complete contact
information file, including phone numbers.
Do you accept
credit cards online?
Yes, we accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover
online both through our 2Checkout
secure online order service and PayPal.
We can also invoice you online via the 2Checkout secure online
order service for custom work, and you can pay by credit card
using the secure shopping cart. "Some credit card and

Why are web design
and graphics so expensive?
Like all businesses, we do have overhead, as well as a need
to pay our people a fair rate. Our rates are inexpensive and
very reasonable compared to general industry rates. We strive
to give you high quality services without giving you high
prices. We've done our best to find a fair balance for our
prices, and believe that if you look around you will find
that our prices are some of the lowest for the standard of
excellence that we bring to our clients.
